Makes you stop and think doesn’t it?
Focussing on the good things in your life, rather than the bad, can lift your mood and make you feel better.
Not only that, it can actually spur you on to take action.
But it can be really difficult to focus on positives when you have real worries – financial problems are a case in point. Worry about money can take over your life, speaking from personal experience, and finding solutions can be so difficult.
Your mind finds it almost impossible to focus on anything apart from lack of money.
Sometimes though, to find solutions to problems, you need to change your way of thinking.
Get Yourself An Attitude Of Gratitude
This short video from Oprah Winfrey explains how to do that.
Think about what you have instead of what you don’t have. Focussing on the one thing you are grateful for increases the energy of gratitude.
One good feeling helps to build on another good feeling.
Focus on what you have and what you can do instead of what you can’t.
Focussing on the $3 in your wallet will bring you $5 sooner than focussing on the $50 you don’t have.
A positive frame of mind attracts positive energy.
Change Your Attitude To Change Your Life
If you don’t have a job or one that doesn’t pay enough or even if you just need a change of direction and you know getting another job can be challenging, have you considered creating and controlling your own future by starting your own business?
Instead of sitting feeling sorry for yourself, why not adopt a positive attitude and get out there and make things happen!
There are so many options (I’m talking legal here!) nowadays that there must be something that suits you.
Tomorrow we’ll look at what options there are for taking control of your life and creating your ‘attitude of gratitude’.
And what am I most grateful for?
That I have found a community, a business system, mentors and a lifestyle that I can share with passion!
To your success
